These Virtual classes are for students who:
  • are new to yoga
  • are returning to Black Lotus after a break
  • have done some yoga before but are new to Black Lotus Studios.
You will explore all aspects of yoga asana practice and breath awareness - at a basic and foundation level. Each class is balanced and will leave you feeling relaxed and energised. Classes are taught at a pace that is accessible and steady – appropriate for beginners and perfect for seasoned practitioners who enjoy touching base with the groundwork. Students can continue these Level 1 classes or from here progress into the Level 2 classes with confidence. Either is ok.
