Virtual Practice

This is an opportunity to link up with yogis at Black Lotus Studios and practice with them on Monday mornings while at home in your own practice space. This is a free initiative and intended as a support to help you maintain and develop your own practice. Practice sequence sheets are available for you to download if want the extra help. Not available during school holidays. Note that you need to enrol in the class and ‘purchase’ the pass (no charge) in order to receive the zoom  link.
