Virtual Level 1 to 2 classes are for students who already have some yoga experience, from a little to a lot.  We create sequences from standing poses, balancing poses, forward bends, backward bends, twists, arm balances, hip openers, and inversions, finishing with deep relaxation.We will always include appropriate variations for students with physical limitations or with less experience.
